In March, the SA Jewish Museum in collaboration with the SA Zionist Federation & the Embassy of Israel, opened this fascinating exhibition, #YallaYebo.

4 Instagrammers embarked on a joint project with the aim of exploring South Africa and Israel. Two Israeli instagrammers came to South Africa to photograph the vast cultures and landscapes across South Africa and in turn two South African instagrammers went to Israel, mirroring this project.

The objective was to show how Israel and South Africa are similar in their diversity, through a #PhotoDialogue. The photographers explored and immersed themselves in each other’s countries, while artistically capturing all the similarities along the way.

The exhibition was been carefully curated with images from each artist, to illustrate their journey and experiences.
