My Family Story, now in its 22nd year, is a global and multi generational Jewish heritage exhibition and competition. It is one of the flagship programmes of Beit Hatfutsot – The Museum of the Jewish People, in Tel Aviv.

Jewish children worldwide between the ages of 12-15, explore and produce a fine art display illustrating their family roots. This year Herzlia Middle School took part in this project for the first time, joining 155 other institutions, and more than 20,000 students from 28 countries. The best projects from Herzlia’s cohort will be displayed at the SAJM and a winner will be chosen from those displayed. The winning project will be displayed with the global finalists at Beit Hatfutsot next year.
